It was a pleasure working with Lisa to engage our employees during a companywide lunch and learn event on mentoring. Lisa is a dynamic speaker and her talking points on Creating a Mentoring Culture really spoke to many of our employees, both mentees and mentors who work to develop our employees both personally and professionally. Lisa provided us with great resources for laying the foundation for our new pilot mentoring program we kicked off this year. Our mentees really felt empowered to work smarter on their goals in collaboration with their mentor. Overall, Lisa’s session was a very positive experience and attracted some new faces to our Women’s Employee Resource Group.

Lisa's leadership and thought-provoking approach enabled all of us to “turn the dial” on our thinking about Inclusion and Equity. I am so pleased with the discussions, engagement, and interactions that continue to 'roll around in our heads'. Thank you for, once again, exceeding my expectations.

I could not be happier with the partnership I had with the Center for Mentorship Excellence! We were able to craft a custom program to help build internal mobility for our underrepresented groups. The impact of our mentorship program could be felt throughout the organization. And, Lisa is a master speaker and presenter. We were able to launch a speaker series that built buy-in and awareness across the organization. Thank you, Center for Mentorship Excellence, for your leadership and partnership.
