Angela McGuire

Angela McGuire is the Director of Innovation at Center for Mentoring Excellence. She brings a passion for evidence-based solutions for mentoring to the team. She holds an MBA from Jacksonville University and is currently a PhD candidate in Organizational Leadership at Liberty University. Her research centers around the lived experiences and motivators of minority leaders and founders.

Angela gained experience as an entrepreneur in the early education, logistics, and management consulting industries. She has also served as an Academic Dean and Adjunct Instructor of courses such as Principles of Management, Technology for Educators, and Communication and Presentation Skills for Business Professionals. As the Founder and Chief Strategy Office of ISV Consulting, Angela manages a team who assist business leaders by translating the strategic vision of the organization through process improvements, executive coaching, and structured training programs.

An intuitive analyst and dynamic partner, Angela has broad and extensive experience creating innovative solutions in response to a firm’s operational needs and guiding principles. She has a keen aptitude for managing human capital and process improvements while maintaining an unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion. Angela has a solid education and strong business acumen, bolstered by interpersonal skills necessary for building productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. She is a wife, the mother of three, a tennis enthusiast, and a native of Jacksonville, Florida who enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
