Peer Mentoring Circles Workshop

Peer mentoring harnesses the transformative power of shared experiences to create dynamic learning environments, fostering a strong sense of community and cultivating mentoring relationships that drive real, measurable results.

When using a modality that employs horizontal mentoring where peers engage one another as mentors and mentees, it is important to build capability in the role of mentor, mentee and peer.
